Application Process
Thank you for considering Cambridge Preschool of the Arts!
Cambridge Preschool of the Arts (POTA) welcomes children from six months through five years of age. We know the process of finding the right program can be onerous, and we are here to support you through the application process. Please reach out to the office with any questions.

Inquiry form:
Start by filling out an inquiry form to let us know of your interest in POTA. Click here for the inquiry form.

Schedule an info session:
We will respond to your inquiry form to invite you to a virtual group info session. If you do not hear back within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to reach out again. During the Zoom call, you will meet one of our directors and members of our fantastic team.

Submit your application:
After attending the info session, you will receive a link to our online application inviting you to apply. Please submit your application together with the $50 application fee. You can read more about our timeline below.

Acceptance and waitlist:
When you are offered a spot at POTA, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one month’s tuition is required in order to reserve that spot. The deposit will be applied towards the last month of your tuition agreement. If we do not have a spot available, we will add you to our waitlist and inform you as soon as there is an opening for your child.

Enrollment for the 2024-25 school year is opening soon!
If you are looking to enroll your child in the current 2023-24 school year, please indicate your preferred start date on your inquiry form.
Timeline
Mid-October: The 2024-25 school year application period opens. However, please submit your inquiry Form to begin your application process ASAP. Please note that new parents who have not attended an info session will not be invited to apply.
November: Re-enrollment and enrollment of siblings of current students begin.
January: Re-enrollment and enrollment of siblings of current POTA families are due. Notification of acceptance of new families begins for preschool-age children.
February: Notification of acceptance for all ages will begin on a rolling basis based on availability. Once notified of your child's acceptance, you will be given a time period to enroll and guarantee your child's spot.
